Returns
If you wish to return a product to us, please contact us at info@boxoflove.ie explaining why you wish to return the product. We can then advise you on the best way to complete your return.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot offer a refund or exchange on any product which has been used. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item but we will reimburse you at the standard return shipping cost.
Damages and issues
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@boxoflove.ie If a product arrives broken or damaged, we will happily send a replacement provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery. Photographic proof of the damage/defect item will be required in this case.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund. This usually takes 3 to 5 business days to be credited back to your credit card or original payment method.
